Jeff Johnson founded Impact Countertops 11 years ago and has over 40 years of experience in the stone industry. The business was built on relationships and hand craftsmanship. Working with high end builders and remodelers along with traditional homeowners has propelled the business to the top tier of countertop fabricators.
Jeff purchased Chester A. Smith in 2022, a long-time player in the Central Ohio stone industry. Chester Smith was founded in 1928 and was originally known for their commercial marble work including the county map of Ohio at the statehouse in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Chester Smith was sought out for the most complex of projects. It is the perfect marriage of two businesses with the same philosophy – high quality products along with high end customer service.

Jeff has over 40 years of stone experience, serving as President of Chester A. Smith Marble and Granite. Chester A. Smith was acquired by Impact in 2022. Jeff is responsible for sales, estimating, and customer services.
Clint Reagle
Operations Manager
Clint has more than 20 years of engineering and manufacturing experience. Clint handles the technical side of the business: Templating, digital layouts, technical drawings, and CNC programming.
CJ Johnson
Shop Manager
CJ has more than 20 years of engineering and construction experience. He has led many high-end residential construction projects. He is responsible for production and continuous improvement of our processes.
Mike Ledger
Account Manager
Mike has over a decade of stone industry experience as an Account Manager. Mike is responsible for sales, estimating, and customer services.
James Moore
Account Manager
James brings over a decade of retail, commercial, and wholesale sales experience to the Impact team. He also helps out with our marketing and social media.
