His focus on process improvement and advanced fabrication methods continues to drive innovation throughout the company.
CJ Johnson
Owner
CJ has over 25 years of experience in construction and high-end residential building. He oversees production operations, installation coordination, and continuous improvement of fabrication and field processes. CJ’s practical construction knowledge helps ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion while maintaining the high standards clients expect from Impact. He works closely with the shop and installation teams to support scheduling, quality control, and jobsite execution.

Jeff brings more than 40 years of experience in the stone industry and previously served as President of Chester A. Smith Marble and Granite prior to its acquisition by Impact. He works closely with clients on material selection, estimating, and project coordination, providing valuable insight gained from decades of experience. Jeff’s long-standing relationships within the industry and his deep knowledge of stone fabrication help clients feel confident throughout the planning and installation process.
